One of my good friends makes my favorite dip for vegetables! I feel like I ask her for the recipe every year, although she’s made me a beautiful cookbook and included it in there.
I have no excuse to ever forget this recipe now! I’m sharing it with all of you wonderful people as well as on a fabulous “Snackable” segment on WTHR.
Spend this wonderful time of year eating all the fresh veggies you can with this quick, easy and delicious veggie dip!
Jen’s Veggie Dip
1 cup Mayo (Recommendation: Duke’s Mayo)
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 Large Lemon, Juiced
2 Tbsp Fresh Chives, chopped
2 Tbsp Fresh Dill, minced
1 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Granulated Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Chill ingredients for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
Serve with fresh vegetables and/plain potato chips.
