One of my favorite things to do is to join you in the kitchen, once a month, to prepare a delicious meal with you. Conquering the Kitchen came out of my love of teaching and empowering people to make good food. Something I dreamed up and strategized well before the pandemic, Conquering the Kitchen was a way for me to connect with you all farther, wider, and in a more economical way than a dinner party.
Three years into Conquering the Kitchen and an unforeseen global pandemic, zoom fatigue has set in and registration has become surprisingly low. While I absolutely love facilitating virtual cooking classes with you all, each month, #teamtanorria has decided to put a pause on Conquering the Kitchen.
What that means is that the monthly public virtual cooking classes will pause in hopes that we can bring them back in the fall with higher registration and more delicious recipes to prepare together.
It also means that I have more time to dedicate to corporate cooking demonstrations, private cooking classes (both virtual and in-person), and continued recipe development shared on tanorriastable.com and social media.
