Roasted Cranberry Crostini
Ingredients
Roasted Cranberry Crostini
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 orange, zested and juiced
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss cranberries with all other ingredients until coated. Spread onto a foil lined baking sheet. Roast in oven for 10 minutes or until cranberries have started to burst. It is okay if they don’t all burst. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Spoon roasted cranberries over toasted french baguette slices that have been topped with goat cheese, Gorgonzola cheese, or brie.
